Mtre Héroux was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2012. After beginning is career as a law clerk to the Honourable François Doyon at the Québec Court of Appeal, Mtre Héroux practiced as a criminal defense lawyer in Québec City, specializing in white collar crime, appellate litigation and regulatory charges. From August 2015 to August 2016, he joined the Chambers of the Honorable Suzanne Côté at the Supreme Court of Canada.
Mtre Heroux has a broad and diverse litigation practice. He advises and represents individuals and companies in complex commercial and contractual cases. He is ideally suited to offer clients facing civil, criminal or regulatory charges a sophisticated expertise with the resources of a well-established large firm. On a regular basis, Mtre Héroux intervenes in cases of professional liability, competition law, defamation, securities, disciplinary law, and in the context of investigations before regulatory authorities such as the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. He also represents clients in business criminal law matters.
Prior to attending law school, Mtre Héroux studied theater. He is passionate by public speaking and advocacy. In August 2015, he participated to the renowned Sherbrooke Seminar in Trial Advocacy Techniques. He is also the author of publications.
